Welcome into the Dynasty Cafe for the first edition of the ☕️Bi-Weekly Brew! Here’s how it’ll work:

Twice a week, every week, we'll analyze a new team to identify:

☕️The Espresso Shot: a player to provide that high upside boost to your rebuilding team
☕️The Dark Roast: ole reliable, a player that can push a contender to its peak
In each brew, we will assume super flex is in play, with full point PPR and .5 TEP.

Without further ado, let's begin our journey in the NFC East, and take a stop in Philadelphia. Last season, chaos surrounded this team. The offense declined, chemistry eroded, and overall, the season was a let down. With new faces in both the coaching room and the offensive squad, will we see the revival of the electric Eagles offense from 2024? Let’s dive in and brew up some targets from the Eagles!

☕️House Blend: Makai Lemon
Philly didn't trade up in the draft to acquire Makai for him to sit on the bench; he’ll be on the field early and often. He may start out slow as he gets adjusted to the league, but patience is key. As a contender, you’ve likely got your WR room figured out. He’ll slowly improve as the season progresses, and will hopefully reach his peak when you need him the most: in the playoffs. Plus, he’s only 22! With AJ Brown out of the way and a new system in place, this young receiver is a great target for those who need points now and in the future!

☕️Espresso Shot: Eli Stowers
Philly drafted their replacement for Dallas Goedert this year in round 2. Eli Stowers boasted the highest production score of any TE at the combine, and joins an organization that has been very good at drafting tight ends. He’ll likely be overshadowed for most of the year by Goedert, but as a rebuilder, this isn’t a worry. Stash Eli on your taxi squad, and unleash him on your leaguemates in 2027.

☕️The Dark Brew: Jalen Hurts
This dude just scores points. He's a perennial top 10 scoring QB who provides a safe floor with his rushing ability. The offense is being injected with fresh faces in Makai Lemon and Eli Stowers, and a fresh scheme under new OC Sean Mannion (from the LaFleur tree). These ingredients create the perfect blend for a QB1 to put your team over the top!
