☕️Bi-Weekly Brew: Dallas Cowboys Edition

Welcome back to The Dynasty Cafe for the second edition of the ☕️Bi-Weekly Brew, where we provide some special blends for YOUR specific build. Be sure to try out the previous Brew if you missed it! In the previous edition, we spent some time talking about Jalen Hurts, Makai Lemon, and Eli Stowers of the Philadelphia Eagles. Today, we head to Dallas to talk about the team everyone loves to hate, the Dallas Cowgirls…I mean Cowboys. Oops!

On a more serious note, the Dallas offense is always fantasy friendly. Last season, they were top 5 in yards per game, and top 10 in points per game. Those are ingredients for success for fantasy managers! With Dak at the helm, and Lamb, Pickens, Ferguson, and Javonte all primed and ready to go, can the Dallas offense replicate its success in 2026? Let’s dive into who YOU should be acquiring, based on your team build.

For those that are new: Welcome! Below is a breakdown of what we’ll be doing in each edition of the Bi-Weekly Brew:
Twice a week, every week, we'll analyze a new team to identify:
☕️Our House Blend: the perfect player for any build
☕️The Espresso Shot: a player to provide that high upside boost to your rebuilding team
☕️The Dark Roast: ole reliable, a player that can push a contender to its peak
In each brew, we will assume super flex is in play, with full point PPR and .5 TEP.

☕️House Blend: Ceedee Lamb
Superstar WRs pair with any team build like peanut butter pairs with jelly. It simply just works. Cedarious is entering his age 27 year, so there’s still some meat left on that bone in terms of production. Despite being outshined by teammate George Pickens, Ceedee still provided 8 games over 15 points. In every game that he finished, he saw at least 7 targets a game. This consistent volume is music to a contender’s ears, and there’s no reason to expect a decrease in volume. The same cast of characters from last year will be returning for 2026, and Lamb will remain a consistent target for gunslinger Dak Prescott. Simply put contenders: Ceedee will score you points.
For rebuilders, he can provide something different. If your rebuild is almost complete, he can be that anchor receiver that should still be relevant for the next 3-5 years. If your rebuild is just beginning, he’s someone you can pivot off for draft capital and/or younger talent. Either way, Lamb can provide some use for your team!

Let's take a look at some potential moves for both contenders and rebuilders according to Sharp Tracker!

As a contender, I love this move. Weaponize your firsts (which are likely late) to go get high scoring hammers. Tiering up from Ladd to Lamb is a fantastic move.

As a rebuilder, if you're looking to move Ceedee, this trade is a great example of how it should go down. Tiering down to a younger WR with elite upside AND getting a 1st is a great move. 27 1sts are preferred, but 28 1sts are also acceptable. Something like Egbuka or Tet and a 1st is a fantastic package to move off Ceedee for those not looking to hold.

☕️Espresso Shot: George Pickens
George is entering his age 25 season looking to continue his momentum from last year. George was top 10 in fantasy PPG for WRs, and provided multiple top 5 weeks for teams. Acquiring a receiver who is entering his prime can really jumpstart a rebuild. He’s primed for 5+ years of production, even if he leaves Dallas. George can be a hold as rebuilders filter in new pieces to their rosters. In the meantime, throw on some Pickens highlights and enjoy the show!

Let's look at a possible trade for George, according to Sharp Tracker:

This is a perfect example of what a rebuilding move should look like. Cashing your aging asset in for a younger asset at a position with more long term productivity is a huge win. You may even be able to get an extra pick throw in on the Pickens side here. If I can trade an aging asset for George as a rebuilder, I'm doing it!

☕️The Dark Roast: Javonte Williams
Contenders are always looking for RB depth. Javonte is in a lovely situation to score you points NOW. Last season, he was the definition of consistency, scoring 10+ points in all but 3 games. This type of floor is what contenders need out of their RB2. Pair Javonte with your hammer RB1, and contenders are off to the races.

Here's what a possible trade for Javonte looks like, according to Sharp Tracker:

A 1st made sound a bit rich, but with it being a year down the line, I'm ok with it. Javonte is consistent, and can be a great RB2 for a contender. When you get your title, trading that 1st will feel like a distant memory! Plus, you're getting a few extra assets back. While 3rds aren't game changing, they can often be thrown in to sweeten deals and push them across the finish line.

Be sure to explore the Sharp Tracker for more trade ideas like those above. That is a great tool for gauging what some of the best players are doing to buy or sell players. I hope you enjoyed your visit to The Dynasty Cafe, and I look forward to seeing you for the next edition of the ☕️Bi-Weekly Brew!
