Welcome back to The Dynasty Cafe for the 20th edition of the ☕️Bi-Weekly Brew, where I provide some special blends for YOUR specific build. Be sure to try out the previous Brew if you missed it! Today, we wrap up our time in the AFC East with a trip to Buffalo. I promise this article will be more complete than their new stadium. No poor sight lines here! Even better, it cost $0 in taxpayer money to put this article; win win for us all! Ever since Josh Allen developed into the superstar he is today, the Bills have been a fun watch for fantasy. Their WR core has been lacking, but with the addition of DJ Moore, management hopes they’ve finally found the WR1 they’ve been searching for since the departure of Stefon Diggs. On top of that, we enter year 3 for Keon Coleman, who the Bills selected in round 2 of the 2024 NFL draft. Is a breakout in store, or is this the end of the line? Sorry Keon owners: this is the last time he's getting mentioned in the article. However, there are a few other guys on the team I’m interested in acquiring. Let’s take a look at the prime trade targets to acquire from the Bills!

If you follow me on X, it’s no secret I think big things are in store for Kincaid. He’s flashed the ability to produce, but has an inability to stay on the field. Therein lies the issue. Availability is a skill, and to this point in his career, he hasn’t shown it. This provides a nice buy low opportunity for contenders and rebuilders alike. Tight ends can have lengthy careers, and Dalton is soon to be 27. There is pretty of meat left on the bone, and he can be a TE1 on a team for years to come. That’s the upside case for a rebuilder. For contenders, just take a look at some of the underlying metrics no one talks about to see just why Dalton can fit on a contender.
Going off these stats, he has the ability to produce at some of the highest rates in the league at the TE position. If he can just get a little injury luck to go his way, there's no reason Dalton can’t push for a Top 5 finish. Take advantage of the injury discount and add Dalton before the season starts.
Let's take a look at what it'll take to get Dalton. Both these trades I'd be fine making as a rebuilder or a contender, though the first one I definitely would rather see a contender make:
After the first 5 or so picks in this year's rookie drafts, I don't really care much for making picks, at least not until round 2 or later. The back end of the 1st just doesn't do it for me, and I can't imagine anyone drafted at the 1.10 this year is really doing it for a contender either. As we saw in the charts above, Kincaid definitely has the ability to produce for a contender. I'd try to get him for a 2nd if I could before trading a 1st, but given how weak this class is, I'm more than willing to get this deal done. If a 1st is the settled rate, I would look to get a little something back with Kincaid (a 2nd or 3rd at least). 
This trade is a smash for any team. 2nds are dart throws, and while Kincaid is risky due to health, he has the ability to produce at elite levels. I consider this trade to be a dart throw for a dart throw, though one side has a little less question marks than the other. One dart throw has some knowns, such as an ability to produce with some of the best TEs in football, and is tied to an elite QB. The other is a complete unknown and won't produce anything for a few years. For rebuilders and contenders alike, this trade potentially secures your TE spot for the next few seasons. We've discussed in depth the other perks Kincaid brings to a contending team, so there's no need to rehash that. I would like to note I would try to get this trade done first as a contender before working out a trade for a late 2026 1st like we saw in the first trade.
☕️Espresso Shot: Skyler Bell☕️
Skyler Bell was a 4th round pick of the Bills in 2026. I thought he showed a lot of interesting qualities on tape, specifically in his great ability after the catch. He took awhile to breakout, but boy was his breakout spectacular. In his senior season at UCONN, Skyler put up a 101 catch, 1278 yard season, and added a light 13 TDs on top. It was at UCONN, so I question whether the breakout was a product of his pure skill or level of competition. Regardless, the explosiveness can’t be discounted.

He’s a little older for a rookie prospect, so I anticipate he won't have as long of a leash as other, younger prospects would. Owners will need him to hit the ground running pretty quickly if there's any hope of him being a lineup staple in fantasy. The good news is, given his skillset, there is potential for him to ascend quickly in an otherwise bare WR room. While I’m not predicting this, the can be acquired cheap enough to where the potential gains out-weight the cost. Skyler is a buy/hold right now for a rebuilding team. We need to see what he can do within this WR room before bailing. Is it likely he becomes a superstar and a weekly WR1 or WR2 in our lineups? I wouldn’t go that far. However, there is room for him to be a high upside flex start should he ascend the depth chart, and can be a valuable depth piece that rebuilders can use to either flip to a contender for a more secure asset/draft pick, or hold and continue adding other pieces to progress their rebuild.
Skyler received some social media hype during the pre-draft process. That hype has been quenched by new hype trains that have come along througout the preseason. This makes him super cheap to acquire, as we can see below:
Deebo serves no purpose on a rebuilding roster. His career seems to be hanging on by a thread, and has probably entered that stage where he'll hop from team to team. I recommend a rebuilder shed the aging weight and take a swing at a high upside prospect. Skyler isn't a guarantee to be a long term producer, but if his ceiling outcome comes to fruition, the reward greatly outweighs the risk of this trade.
☕️The Dark Roast: James Cook☕️

James Dalvin Cook, brother of Dalvin James Cook, took a bit to get going at the pro level. In year 3, owners got the breakout they wanted with a 16 TD season en route to an RB8 finish. Cook followed that up with a 12 TD, 1600 yard season in 2025 and an RB6 finish. Josh Allen gets all the attention from defenses, and Cook is the biggest benefactor. He provides a modest receiving floor, but there have been rumors of the Bills wanting to get Cook more involved in the passing game. If true, we could see a whole new ceiling to Cook’s game. While he may get a few TDs sniped because of Josh Allen on the goal line, Cook has no competition in the backfield for touches. He’ll get plenty of volume in a system that likes to establish the run. Cook ranked 3rd in the NFL in carries last year, behind only CMC and Jonathan Taylor. RBs are always a necessity in fantasy. You’re buying at the peak of Cooks value, but he is well worth it if you’re contending. Last season, he provided owners TEN weekly finishes inside the Top 10 at RB, and only two games below 10 points. He has both a nice weekly floor AND week winning upside. Pay the piper and go strengthen your team’s RB room to make a legitimate push for a title!
Cook is a little pricy, but well worth the cost of admission if your roster is a win now roster. Check out this trade from the Sharp Tracker Database:
As a contender, I'm all for cashing my draft picks in for production. This trade is close to what I paid to get Cook this offseason, actually. I acquired Cook on a contending team for a early-mid 2027 1st and Jonathon Brooks. Given the Brooks hype, I think it's realistic to value him around a 2nd, though he's closer to a 2028 2nd than a 2027 2nd in my book. All that to say, I'm on board with this price for James Cook. As usual, I'd recommend asking for a little something with Cook, whether it's late picks or FAAB. Either way, get the Bills' bellcow and watch him rack up the points (especially if he gets unleashed in the passing game).
